Ninja Training is a program at Flow Training Centre which is made up of martial arts, parkour and acrobatics.

The lotus grows out of the mud and represents triumph through adversity. The fist represents martial arts. The lines on the petals of the lotus are from the Korean flag and each one has it's own meaning. The founder of the Ninja Training program has a Taekwondo background. This martial art originated in Korea.
